RAGBRAI

Over 150 community leaders from the RAGBRAI XXXVIII Overnight Town’s local organizing committees gathered in Des Moines for an all-day workshop to prepare them for this summer’s event. 

Presentations on campgrounds, food, showers and other RAGBRAI staples were delivered by all eight of last year’s Overnight Committees and a host of agencies that are involved with RAGBRAI each summer.

A few of the 2010 RAGBRAI Overnight Towns announced their themes for this summer:

• Algona: Cycledelic, That 70′s Town
• Clear Lake: Surf’s Up
• Charles City: Chuck Rides Again
• Manchester: Team Manchester, Ride Hard. Play Hard.
• Dubuque: Pedal to the Port 2010

All of the towns are doing great in their preparations for RAGBRAI!  It is going to be a great summer!
