Missing RAGBRAI rider found in Charles City

A teenage RAGBRAI rider reported missing in Clear Lake has been found, authorities said today.
Solveig Entwhistle, 18, of Bettendorf was found in Charles City, police said. She was last seen around 1 a.m. this morning.
Charles City is today’s overnight town on the Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa. Riders stayed in Clear Lake last night.
No other details were immediately available.
