RAGBRAI Training: Coach Ertl Returns!

By Coach David Ertl

Can you believe it?  The 2013 RAGBRAI Route Announcement occurs in about two weeks!  Equally amazing, at least to me, is that I have been writing these training blogs for RAGBRAI for the past four years.  I have been asked to write them again for 2013 so I will once again be providing you with training blogs to help answer questions you have about preparing for RAGBRAI this year and providing tips and training plans to help you have the most successful ride you can have.

If you are really eager to train your brain, you don’t have to wait for me to start writing. My blogs for the past four years are still on the RAGBRAI website and available for reading right now.  Just click and read here.  Whether this is your first RAGBRAI or your 40th, commit to making it your best one yet!  I’m here to help you.

Hello,
Just wondering when you will have your training schedule ready for the 2013 RAGBRAI.
Also I am riding my stationary until I can feel those warm breezes…suggestions for inside riders??

Thanks!

Becky
