Great route. I grew up in Decorah and raced bicycles around these roads. Incredible scenry and views. Decorah has been called Telluride of the Midwest with amazing parks limestone cliffs, streams, and hiking. Nordic Fest brings 70,000 people to Decorah to celebrate Norwegian traditions…tons of food, crafts, dancing, and music. Cresco and Waukon will be great host cities with warm people and great food.
