Well, it did say AFTER the workout. Some people suggest not looking at the day as a ~70 mile ride, but a series of 10-15 mile rides, I guess they got it right. Workout #1 start to first pass thru town, rehydrate. Workout #2 first pass thru town to second pass thru town, rehydrate, etc. That’s a whole lot of curbs to find (for anyone that may partake of such). Make sure the padding on the shorts is up to the task!!!
