Where have the main campground and expo been in council bluffs in the past?
Any reason to think it would be different this year?

Last time the campgrounds were adjacent to the casinos (at least the ones for the charter groups and I think everyone else as well).

we were 1-2 miles east of Hooters on the same road, it was an empty lot then…

Expo was at the Mid-America Center. Main campgrounds were in the fields next to it and the Horseshoe Casino in 2009. I’m assuming they will locate RAGBRAI in the same location.
