Last year at this time, the 44-year-old mother of two couldn’t sit up straight, let alone get on a bike. At that time, doctors had told the former volleyball coach and RAGBRAI veteran to eliminate all physical activity in order to conserve her strength.

Hopefully riders will “Catch a Tailwind” that will push them into the town of Storm Lake as this will be a stop that you wouldn’t want to miss on the RAGBRAI journey! Storm Lake’s entertainment committee has picked their three bands to perform on the main stage on Sunday, July 25th.
