2019 RAGBRAI January Meeting for Clubs and Teams

January in Iowa means RAGBRAI Route Announcement time.  For the first time in a while we have scheduled a meeting for RAGBRAI Clubs and Teams.  Group Contacts will have an opportunity to ask questions, express thoughts and voice concerns about RAGBRAI.  Feedback we receive in this meeting will lay the groundwork that can be implemented to make RAGBRAI safer and more enjoyable.

If you are the group contact for your club or team, and are in town for the Iowa Bike Expo, please take some time in the afternoon and join us at the Iowa Events Center Hy-Vee Hall on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm in room 104 of the Iowa Events Center Hy-Vee Hall.

Invitations were sent out earlier.  If you have already submitted an RSVP for this meeting, we thank you and look forward to seeing you on Saturday.  If you missed the invitation, or haven’t had a chance to RSVP and plan to attend, please send a message to scott@ragbrai.com with your team name and number of folks who plan to attend the meeting.  We want to make sure we have enough room for everyone.

The 2019 Club & Team Guidelines will serve as a basis for our discussion.  Take a moment to read through this document and come prepared with questions.
