Not a bike charger but i just bought a device off of amazon for $30 that is called a Jackery Giant. It’s a battery pack phone charger about the size of a large pack of smokes. You charge it in the wall and it will give you 2-3 full charges on a smart phone or ipad. Testing it out now and so far so good.
