Considering what you’re expecting in this person — chauffeur, loadmaster, stevedore, navigator, and for all I know chief go-fer for the team (the line about ‘take orders and not complain’ leaves me wonder just what else you expect this poor sod to do) — as someone who doesn’t know you or your crew I personally wouldn’t be interested for anything less than a grand for the week plus a liberal per diem for expenses such as food.  If it were to turn out that we were a kindred bunch of flakes, or you’re not treating me like Donald Trump treated his ‘Apprentices’, prices would be subject to adjustment.

Remember — you’re asking someone to take a week to ten days of their vacation to work for you while you’re out there having fun on *YOURS*.  You owe them something for that, too.
