In 1019 I planned on spending $35 dollars a day. I would usually get a $10 supper including a drink, a $6 lunch with drink separate and $5 for breakfast. Then there would be occasional ears of corn, ice cream, several slices of pie and several lemonade drinks and plain water. Oh, and watermelon too. It all adds. I expect prices to be higher this year due to inflation and shipping problems. I will allocate $40 per day. but won’t be surprised if I need more. Don’t forget to allow for the days getting to and from Iowa.
I don’t imbibe, so I assume that alcohol consumption would add more to the budget.
