Did Storm Lake have a justified reason to cancel in 2021? I thought they had agreed and then bailed. If that is the case, then why should we stay there ever? Does anyone know the whole story?
Wasn’t Maquoketa the other city that cancelled? Could that mean we will go there this year too?
