This is not an official reply from Ragbrai but I was told via email that they would be shipping any merchandise at the time of registration a bit different this year. They were gonna ship out those items (if in stock) earlier.

My personal advice would be to just order your jersey now if it is in stock. The two orders that placed AFTER my registration came in the mail just yesterday.
