<strong style=”border-top-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; “>Hillman is correct in that you can do RAGBRAI anyway you choose.   All I carry is a simple cell phone.   However with that phone I can take pictures (although I almost never do).   Most of the time, the phone stays in my back pocket.   There is really no need for it during the day.    It does make life a little easier in finding your camp site once you get to the overnight but that’s about it.    I have no need for ipods, ipads, smart phones, GPS, or any other electronic devices.
