Papa T sez: All money given to government offices is p.issed away.  They cannot reduce spending cuz they are spineless.   The only way to reduce  govt spending is to deny them money. If you can figure out a way to not pay taxes, you are a patriot. 

pHIlo sez: the only way I could figure out was to quit my job & live in poverty.  Unfortunately, I moved back to Iowa, so will more than likely have to pay state taxes now!
