This is the best thread I’ve seen on this forum. We just need to hear from a few former cart shop pros from Target about proper seat height and whether a rode cart or hybrid is best for RAGBRAI.

Don’t forget the recumbent carts. Obviously BB hasn’t seen the various types of “bikes” on RAGBRAI. If two dudes can weld two road bikes together, put Styrofoam rollers on front and rear axles, and make it into a “Flintstone Car,” then why not shopping carts? There’s the guy in the banana, the two guys on unicycles, the skateboard dude. I saw two people in one of those beach surreys with the fringe on top.

Now, can a full fairing be used on a shopping cart. And yes, if you haul your gear in your cart, you are most definitely a bagger.
