Hello – this is my first RAGBRAI and I have to say I’m a little bit concerned. Everything I read on the forums seems so overwhelming! We have a team and support lined up along the route. What do I need to know? To be honest, we’ve just started our training. I haven’t been on a bike in 15 years so we’ve begun spin class each morning. I plan to get a new road bike before RAGBRAI. What training regimen would you recommend following for the next three months to help us “enjoy” our experience on RAGBRAI? Would love to meet some of you along the route! We like to have a good time so we’re excited about this experience. Thanks in advance for advice!
