I feel sorry for the kid in the car. As for the driver it’s too bad he wasn’t killed too. No idea what their laws are, but maybe the court system can handle that part.

Notice how the two people quoted in the Italian incident were faulting the driver, as it should be, and not the cyclists.
Say what you want about how advanced the USA may be than most European nations. It may even be true. But in some instances American thinking and attitudes still have a ways to go to catch up.-“BB”-
