Best Food On Route

Lots of griping on the board….I will be soon as well….look for my musings on Dale Blue…but in the meantime lets stay positive and discuss favorite eats.

For me it was the pork loin sandwiches served by the Lions Club in Bondurant.  Terrific.

All the church meals we had during the week were great.
The root beer floats at Beekman’s are tough to beat on a hot afternoon.

the rhubarb pie that got the blue ribbon.
BEST EVER rhubarb pie …can’t remember where it was.  Anyone else remember? They had signs for miles ahead of time coming into the town about the blue ribbon rhubarb pie.

Bee farms…apple crisp, ice cream and honey lemonade. A fast stop at the base of a downhill and worth the brake pad wear.
