Cell Phone Charging

Are there places to charge cell phones in the campground?  What do you recommend to charge  phones, GPS, ipods, etc.?

Somebody, as I remember, pitched her tent next to a railroad rightofway last year in Clear Lake.

I was at least 6 ft away from the tracks – I barely heard anything the three times in the night a train came through!

Last year my charter, who shall remain nameless, put my tent about 12 feet from the tracks.  About 1 am, I woke to a train coming thru my tent!!!!!!
