Can I get a charter or shuttle ride with bike and bag back to the start town after the ride. I’m not with a charter for anything else.

For some reason the Ragbrai website is not showing all the Charters. But I’m sure you can get a ride back with Pork Belly Ventures. https://pkbelly.com/
Send them an email.
OOS and several others also have service from end to start both at the start and at the end of the ride.
