Yes. There’s quite often a meeting in at least one of the overnite towns.

There are meetings of the “Rolling RAGBRAI” group every night in the overnight towns, as well as a meeting Saturday night in the start town.  The Register is very strongly behind this, and will publicize the details here on the website when they become available, as well as making sure the information is also available to anyone who needs it on the ride itself.
