Looks to me like they will be contacting you. Unless you have a group of 15 or less, then you could fill out the housing request application like the rest of us have done.

We had originally thought we had a host but we recently found out that there was a miscommunication somewhere. So, we thought we didn’t need to apply for housing like the rest of you.
My wife and I might be able to host. We would require that at least one port a pottie be supplied, at your expense, because we are already hosting about 10 riders inside and your group wouldn’t have access to indoor facilities because we won’t have the space.
