My 10 year old’s best buddy is considering joining us on Ragbrai. I originally thought we’d have his mom purchase a non-rider’s wrist band but now that it’s getting closer I’m wondering if this is the best option. I’ve already closed my group. Neither of his parents are coming with us. Will he need a waiver since he’s not riding? Can his mom register a minor without registering herself?
