Looking for suggestions on custom made jerseys

Our team has enough people wanting a custom jersey and we were looking for some suggestions of who to use.  Would like to hear about the good and the bad.
Thanks for any feedback.

The “Team Cow” jerseys this past year were done by Mt. Borah Designs, in Cοοn Valley, Wisconsin (about 15 miles from La Crosse).  Reasonably priced, made in the USA, quick delivery, and a very low (6 piece) minimum.

Skunks have been using Voler. We have a person who lives out there in California not far from them and can take care of things in person. She reserves a run time with them so they are ready before RAGBRAI then last year we could order and pay online

We’ve used Champion Systems and have had great success with the price, artwork turn times and delivery.  They provided additional artwork if we wanted to order everything from shorts to gloves to hats, gloves, etc.  Good quality fabric on their classic weight with multiple zipper options.  3-pocket on women’s as well.

We’ve used both VoMax and Primal in the last 8 years and found VoMax to be the best to work with, and they’re not sent over to China for production. They have 2 levels of jerseys and which one you get depends on how many you’re ordering. We received samples of both and to tell the truth nobody could tell the difference.

I would give Canari a look. 6 piece minimum, made in California, no minimum on a reorder, very good customer service and the quality of the kit is much better than you would expect.

Team One More had awesome jerseys. They were done by Primal.

Our first time we ordered jerseys, we went through a company that made the jerseys in Canada. That was a hassle to get them over the border. IMHO

Check out the last issue of VeloNews.  They had an article comparing about a dozen different cycling clothing manufacturers.  Prices varied widely.
Personally, I’ve used Voler, while not usually the cheapest, have been well satisfied.
