Still waiting on the info . Has anyone herd any word yet

Hi, Shari. We all are in limbo waiting to hear whether we were selected in the lottery. I definitely am interested in getting the passes from you in the event we were not; we do have a camper and 3 riders that plan to attend. We have also reserved camping locations for some of the overnight towns in advance in the hopes of being selected. This would be my 10th or 11th Ragbrai, and this is the first time we have had to wait so long to know whether we have been selected. I am definitely not happy with this “new” process. It is definitely a step or two backwards.

i’m wondering if something got messed up in their programming. I had communication with them when i was confirming that my rollover registration was good and now can’t see where i’m registered.

Not heard anything. Would take a wristband from anyone who can’t go if I get shut out.

It’s interesting to hear registration numbers are strong. I believe they extended the registration window by two weeks this year, I wondered if that was due to receiving lower registrations than anticipated. Sounds like that was likely not the case.

I just read an update from PBV regarding registration. They said people will be hearing shortly but long story short, EVERYONE who registered is in, everyone. So, no worries about whether you are in or not, you’re in. Get ready to ride. See you in July!

Just got the e-mail! According to the e-mail it says I’m in but that the wristband number will be coming soon in a separate e-mail. Most important sentence: “Not everyone will get their wristband emails at the same time but rest assured if you are receiving this email you have a wristband number.”

FYI – I just received my email confirmation on surviving the lottery. I have always gotten in, so never know whether it is a real lottery or just helps ensure it gets filled up. See you all in July…
