Has anyone received notification that you’re “in”. In past years I think I remember getting an email early on May 1st with confirmation. I haven’t seen it this year.
I’m a rollover, signed into Emotive and all it will do is sell me a day pass for day one.. contact us link says I’m a spammer so where do i go for information?
I don’t find the Enmotive login screen to be terribly user friendly. When you first get there it looks like all you can do is register. To give a little more detail to what Tom Hotle wrote when you get there look in the upper right hand corner and you will find “Log In”. Click that and fill in your credentials. Now it STILL looks like all you can do is register! You might think logging in would take you directly to your account. NO! Look at the upper right corner ONCE AGAIN and you will see the “My Account” pull down list that will take you to your account. FINALLY.
Presumably we all got wristband numbers by now. If you are a team captain like me you will not be able to see if your teammates got numbers. At least I have not found a way to do that. In theory if any of you got in then you all got in so if you are a team captain and you see that you have a wristband number then you are all in. At least that is how it is supposed to work. Of course the reason we go to the bother of logging onto Enmotive in the first place is so that we can confirm that things have worked the way they were supposed to work. So it would be nice if the team captain could see the wristband numbers.
Now, I can understand that there could be concern that the team captain could sell the wristbands without the consent of the team members if she/he can see the numbers. So, I don’t need to see the numbers but I would like to have some confirmation that everyone got theirs. A field with any form of confirmation would do, something like “Number Assigned”, “XXXXXXX”, “42”, “Stop worrying so much and trust the RAGBRAI staff”, …
The my account tab on Emotive just shows my email, name sex and age. Also a place to link to my nonexistent facebook account. So… I’ll just have to wait? I unimpressed with the lack of communication this year. I’ll cut the new management a break because they are new. It seems that in the thresh to get this done they’ve forgotten customer service. I feel like I’m talking to the wall here. 😬
Forgive me if I am repeating anyone, or if this is already obvious to some or most, but I was having the same issue. I did receive an email from Ragbrai on 5/4 that I was picked for the lottery.
No wristband number or anything on the email, just a reference to the EnMotive site.
So today I started looking for this…not on my phone but on my computer – just easier sometimes…
Go to the Ragbrai Website and log in.
Then look in the upper right hand corner of the blue screen.
You should see two accounts. One Ragbrai Account and one EnMotive Account.
Click on the EnMotive Account.
Yes, it looks like you can only register for ‘single rider’, but…
Then click the My Account drop down and choose “My Account”.
Then drop down the Actions menu and pick “View Registration”.
All is there for me…Again, this is how I got there…finally.
All good. See you in Iowa in 71 days.

Confirmed: Wrist band number appears in the EnMotive Account. D
Yep, wristband number was in my enmotive account too. I’m guessing if you check, yours will be there as well.

I have two registrations to sell if anyone is interested. I broke my back so unable to ride this year (and my son was coming along as well).
I just got my wristband email. Hopefully, everyone is getting theirs as well. See you in July!
yes, I just now got the email with my wristband number as well.
