When on the ride this year I purchased a 2023 RAGBRAI L poster that I was told would be mailed out after the ride. I wrote down my information and did get a text receipt for the purchase but haven’t received and email/text notification on if the poster has been shipped out? Could anyone point me in the right direction on getting any information of official merchandise purchases/mailing?

This question was also on the RAGBRAI LI facebook page. Andrea Parrot answered that the store is currently completing inventory and August is also vacation month. So hang in there and give them a chance to catch up.
