Participant Packets

Near the beginning of June the Participant Packet is sent to the Group Contact for each group. If you are a single rider and did not send your entry along with any others, the Participant Packet is sent directly to you. Enclosed in the participant packet, you will find OFFICIAL RAGBRAI IDENTIFICATION that contains a unique identification number for each of the registrants in your group.

I’d be a little careful about bad-mouthing the USPS if I were you, considering that they will deliver to EVERY ADDRESS in the USA (even to Michrider’s place in Whatchamahickie Hollow down there in Kentucky), usually for less than a dollar (first class letters = 45¢), and still get it there within three-four days from anywhere else in the USA. Let’s see UPS or FedEx match that for the same amount of money.

Not to mention that USPS was responsible in a large part for the comeback of Lance following his cancer treatments. It might be pointed out that neither FedEx nor UPS nor any of the other courier services have ever sponsored a pro cycling team.

jwsknk, I believe RAGBRAI uses UPS!!!! Yeah, I wanna wear the jersey this weekend! It will be 90 degrees and I wanna test it in the heat!!!! Hey, it might a few lbs of blubber, LOL!!!!!

Thanks Dave! Guess, I’ll just have to wear 2 jerseys from other years!!!!!! Should be a good weekend for RAGBRAI training with temps in the 90’s!!!!!

I saw a rider on Saturday, on the Horsey Hundred route, wearing his XL jersey & shorts! He said he received them last Wednesday!!!!! Anyone else received their stuff????

I would like my jersey to come tomorrow in time for the BRAG tour.

Okay, got an email today, May 30th, My packet will be sent out via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, Flat Rate Padded Envelope, on May 31st. So I should have my packet by Monday June 4th.
