I found the following message – maybe the shop has not opened back up after the ride:
RAGBRAI Shop is closed
The Web Store will be closed starting July 5, 2022 until after the ride. Stop by and see us on the ride at the Expo in Sergeant Bluff, every overnight town and in the meeting towns along the route!
I just noticed the RAGBRAI shop is back open. Here is a link https://ragbrai.com/shop/
