Newbie question–We are on Pork Belly Ventures for our charter. Will there be a terrific traffic jam getting into and out of Onawa on Saturday morning? We are going to drop off riders and gear then head to Omaha to take back the rental car. What times are typically less busy?

The most obvious response is the earlier the better. If you can get there before their scheduled shuttles arrive from Omaha, Des Moines, Davenport, you will be avoiding those crowds.
You have several breaks being with PBV. First and foremost, you don’t even have to drive into Onawa. The PBV campsite is located 1 mile to the west of Onawa proper. They are using the Struble Agronomy area as their base. It’s not too far off the I-29 exit ramp. Head their warning about not trying to enter their site directly, and instead park across the street and to the north.
You might want to review their ongoing stream of updates(site and app), and their June Letter for details on when and what their services will be on Saturday and throughout the week. Then time your arrival accordingly.
