We have been using a charter option the past 2 years and would like to join a team to add some variety to our time on Ragbrai. Our group consists of 3 guys age 52-54 and 1 “old” guy age 77. The old guy started his first Ragbrai at 75 and was hooked when he did his first water slide at Marcus.
We are flexible in our wants. The old guy, “my dad” lives in Indianola, so we could meet up with Des Moines teams easily. The other 3 of us will be traveling up from the Dallas Fort Worth area. We don’t necessarily need a ride to the start and back from the finish, but do need someone to carry our gear during the week.

I have four friends coming up from the sane area, women, 40 mto 50 age range. they are planning to drive unless something better/ cheaper appears. We are chartering with Porkbelly ventures and for 2 of them its their second time, the other 2 are newbes, We are looking for ways for them to get them to omaha for catching that charter bus. Who did you find. do they have bus space coming this way or is it a smaller group? Just putting out a feeler, than

We joined Team Cow this year. It’s my understanding that I will need to provide my own transportation to the start and back from the finish as their bus capacity is limited. My dad has a friend in Indianola who will help us with driving/shuttling needs.
I plan to leave Fort Worth on the afternoon of July 17th. Have your friends scheduled their travel dates yet?
