The only thing I can think of right now is to change where the needle of the scales comes to rest when I step on the platform. Yeah, I have said that before and will continue to say that but I have trimmed of four pounds in the last two weeks. The Little Stoker smiled when I weighed in at the grocery store today. Salmon and salad on the menu tonight.
I can’t think of anything i would change right now, maybe kick up the speed a little.
I am hoping to get more miles, 2010 and this year i wanted 1500 miles before RAGBRAI, I got 1000 in 2010 and 890 this year. Next year I want to shoot for 1500-2000 before RAGBRAI.
Also, working out more often, I would like to get down more weight. I was 228 in Jan, am down to 201 now, I am hoping to be at 180-185 by next RAGBRAI
I’ll workout more often this year, and keep the pedals pedaling throughout the year!
Train more, lose weight . . .That sounds like a New Years Resolution! I think I might bring a camera. My royal photographer does a great job but maybe I’ll give her the year off. Also size down another notch on my packing. Make room for a marquerita machine! LOL!
Next week, I’m planning on doing a crash course. 500 miles in 7 days (geez that’s sort of like a ragbrai). except i’ll be in my own bed every night.
i need more hill training, and more practice with riding distance without stopping. while it was great having towns so often, I felt like I relied on them too often for a break.

Amanda, just add another sherpa. Wouldn’t want you to do without.
Amanda, just have one of your sherpas mix the margarita’s. Remember, you don’t need electric for a sherpa!!!!
Enforcing no children under the age of 12. Having babies out in 100 plus heat index’s is ridiculous.
For me. I will get off my @ss and train throughout the winter months. Loose all the weight I put on since having my stroke.
