Lanesboro water main broke two days ago

The water main in Lanesboro picked one helluva day to break down: just two days before more than 10,000 thirsty bikers arrived. The town of 125 was under a boil order. Mayor Shirley Thompson was less than thrilled.
Still, the locals made the best of it, a tropical luau theme and a pen for the local mascot, the Lanesboro burro.
