The Iowa Craft Beer Tent has two stops per day along the route with a dozen or so Iowa beers on tap with maybe twice that number in the rotation. I recommend installing an offline map and downloading the Iowa map. You won’t likely have good data coming into town with everyone else on the network. I use MAPS.ME available on both Android or Apple.
130 Street does have a couple sections of earthen or Level B roads which could be a challange for some, especially if it is muddy. Going west from Imogene on 110 and 115 would make the loop nearly all gravel. I expect many, myself included, would do that instead of J18 since it’s such a low mileage day.
Absolutely no ear buds!!! An ear bud wearing dayrider ran me off the road when he moved left in front of me after I called out “on your left!” I caught up again so I yelled in his ear from about 6 inches away to make sure he heard me over his music.
