Mr. Woo thanks for the greetings. I was playing with Google maps trying to hit small towns for the most part. I agree it seems short to me also. Last year was my first RAGBRAI and now I have the bug. Wish I had started years ago I just turned 60 six days ago. But the numbers I saw puts me in the largest age group. LOL
Ken, I started riding last year and I am amazed at all the bike events I find now that i’m looking for them. It’s like a subculture that you never really hear about until you start to ride. This was also my first year. I went with a charter and will do it again if my current support group backs out (wife) :)

This was my first year and I went alone. I agree it’s hard to explain but it has it’s hooks in me. Next year may be different because I have a number a people who say they want to go with me. If any of them end up going great if not I’ll be going it alone again except for the other thousands out there on the road. :)
This was my first RAGBRAI. The first couple of days I was worried about getting to the overnight town. By day three I figured out I had more then enough time to slow down and enjoy the ride, meet people, drink a couple beers and eat pie! Slowing down was the way to go for me.
