Ah. Ryan, thanks for correcting me. My teams have usually had home stays or someplace we can plug in. We have never stayed at a designated campground because there are lots of alternatives.

You don’t really need a vehicle pass. I’ve driven for 16 years, sometimes with, sometimes without. We mostly bought one to support RAGBRAI. Don’t sweat it.
