Don, I turned in a wallet to the State Troopers or Sheriffs Dept in Deep River. If you are a veteran and it says that on your License then maybe its yours. I turned it in right away as soon as I saw it money and all. It was turned in to a female law enforcement officer around 4-4:30PM.
No one forced anyone to go through the Blue Grass Vendor area or to Detour on Gravel. That was a personal choice. You could have simply gone through on the paved road if you had bothered to ask and may riders did.

If you think you can sit in a Trailer then you can sit in a Lawn Chair right? If you are riding along on a Recumbent Hase Trike then you are sitting in a Lawn Chair. When you sit in a Lawn Chair do you put weight on your foot?
If you are spinning, or not even pedaling at all, why would you be putting weight on your foot?
Hase Recumbent Trikes sounds what you are looking for. With a Hase Delta Recumbent Trike, you can remove the front wheel of a Second Hase Delta Recumbent Trike and hook the Front Fork in a Coupler/Hitch Between the front Delta Trikes two rear wheels and make a Tandem Trike with independent pedaling.
