I’ve been a firefighter/paramedic in southeast iowa for 11 years now. Our ambulance and fire trucks do not carry over the counter medications other than aspirin which we use for people with chest pain. It’s not that they were being rude they just don’t carry it.

I know people that always run tubeless. With all the pinch flats I’ve been getting lately, I’m strongly considering always running tubeless.

This definitely needs to be looked into. Last couple years cell service has been awful.

My wife and I rode last year for our first time. She only rode 40 miles leading up to the event and she rode the whole week. She does strength training and she did not have any problem and got stronger throughout the week. I wouldn’t recommend it but it is possible.
