22 year veteran say’s “take it all in folks” It’s been 27 years getting back to Keokuk. Only the 2nd time ever. The big groups push the riders to finish by times as early as noon the last day. Find or form your own small group and take turns with the SAG. Safe travels all….

Most all the overnight towns and several pass thru have their logo/themes posted. Look them up on Facebook. RAGBRAI website is way behind.

I’m going with a diagonal trek. Sargent Bluff-Ida Grove-Jefferson-Valley Junction-Newton-Sigourney-Fairfield-Burlington.
Bellevue is past due for an ending too.
FYI… Onawa in the past, hasn’t
submit an application request for RAGBRAI.

If you’re flying in to DSM or arriving by auto, check out Pork Belly Ventures. (pkbelly.com) They have shuttles/buses and block out group rate hotel accommodations at the airport if needed.Great folks and very experienced.

It’s kind of disappointing that so many riders just show up entitled to a free ride The DMR deserves better for all they do all year getting this ride together. Glenwood set up a water truck full of MO river brown sprinkling over the road to ride thru in past years. Not the full wheel baptism but much appreciated. We used back roads S. Locust St. to Kane Ave. thru Pacific Junction to Karns Rd. to L35 at the river. Look for a dirt road between car and RR bridges down to the river. Hwy. 34 does not have…[Read more]

OOS Charters offer return to start town bus service ($155) Also, Enterprise Rent a Car has an office in Muscatine and Bellevue, NE (near Glenwood, IA) My group is paying $240 for a Dodge Carivan from end to start towns one way.
