If you are wearing mountain bike shoes, then you have a couple of different SPD clip models to choose from. There is the SPD-SH51 and the SPD-SH56. The SH56 unclips so much easier, as it is multi-directional release. They are perfect for RAGBRAI, when you need to quickly unclip as you frantically pull over for Beekmans or a Bloody Mary!
