Simple question (I hope). How/where are the actual start and end points in each town? Just curious, when the route says we’re going 62 miles for any given day. How is that measured? I’m not looking for theories or opinions. But, if anyone has the “official” answer, I’d be interested in knowing it. Thanks.

Jose, you bring your own. If you need gear, you can buy cheap but reliable stuff at Walmart. Or give Randy, the team’s organizer, a call at 513-706-1431. He may have extra stuff.

Unfortunately, I can’t go with this fun loving group this year. Due to some strange (and un-related) events, my bursitis has Evolved into a broken collar bone. No RAGBRAI for me, this year. But 2019, here I come. This also means that a seat is available with a great team of riders. Contact Randy with team Hill’s Angels @ 513-706-1431 for details.

Ken, Yes. I think you are exactly right. The group was self-supported and that’s why the seller did not realize that the tags he was given were not the correct ones. I have emailed Mariah at the help desk. Thanks everyone.

I am using the baggage service. What is the purpose of the 3 additional band number spaces on the bag tag? I was hopeful that I could just write in my correct wrist-band number in one of those spaces, no?
