Before the ride they kept predicting record number so I expected they would at least brag about how many passes were sold.
They estimated 60,000 total for day 4 but to me day 3 felt more crowded.

Did the Register announce how many week long passes were sold and how many day passes were sold.
The first day of the ride someone said 20,000 week passes and 8,000 day passes but those even numbers sounded like estimates.
I know they can’t count the unregistered rider but I thought they would announce the registered numbers by now.

Yes, I recently purchased 3 day passes and the original buyers transferred the passes to my name.

The seller emails a link to the buyer and the buyer has to fill out the form with their name, address and emergency number.
I’m guessing this information is in the RAGBRAI packet.

A couple hours ago I told Danny Edens I would buy his $20 pass but I have not heard back.

I probably read that wrong. The day pass is probably a rider wrist band, bike band and name plate.

The bike route takes hwy 30 to Gliden so getting into Carroll on 30 will be a slow go for you.
At Gliden you can go 3 miles north of 30 and pick up county road E27 then come into Carroll from the north.
