Yes! it is true! soggy Monday we bought out a going out of business clothing stores inventory! The mens wool dress jacket got me in! wet but warm! Next day was wonderful warm sun! go with the flow enjoy the ride!

Kevin you got that right! The locals were great! When I got in town hardly anyone was there. Dry Space was limited So I set up my tent in the rain! “Not todays wonderful waterproof tents”!
