RAGBRAI will begin shipping Participant Packets via UPS on June 2. If you registered online by April 1 and gave a valid email address, individuals and group contacts will receive an email notification and a UPS tracking number once your packet is in route. The shipping process will continue for approximately two weeks as nearly 5,000 team and individual packets were packaged for this year’s sold out event.

Each month we will publish ten tips to help you prepare for RAGBRAI LII. We've announced the route, so it's time to get serious!...
Great. But will that include the jersey’s, for those of us who ordered one?
Yes. For those who ordered a jersey with their registration, your Participant Packet will include your 2010 jersey.

It’s the 16th of June and this lonely Canadian is waiting for that
delivery truck to pull into my driveway. Maybe the border guard is wearing my Ragbrai jersey!
Lonely Canadians aren’t alone. The Far & Near Cyclers haven’t received any emails or packets yet either. Any timing updates?
Hello,
June 17th, 2010. We have not received our e-mail notification about the packet being shipped. Our team name is long way around. Please let me know when it will be available. Thank you so much. Lisa
Will the participant guide be posted on the website? Our group is spread out and it is easier for us to read the guide on line instead of mailing it. Thanks. Sharon
Good to hear we aren’t the only ones who haven’t seen their packets .. but getting concerned. We too are a little concerned about border delays.
I turned 40 last November the first two mohtns were miserable. Then I started running, literally, on January 31st (Race for the Cure I intended to walk it but ended up running almost all of it). Since then I’ve changed careers (was a college professor, now work part-time at a running specialty store), run a half marathon and four triathlons, lost 40 pounds, and am in a fantastic relationship. So, it is so true life DEFINITELY begins at 40!
