RAGBRAI 2017: What to look for Thursday

Today should be more dry! RAGBRAI is literally making a left turn toward a part of Iowa it’s rarely been. Here is what to watch for during Thursday’s 55-mile ride from Charles City to Cresco:

Clouds will linger Thursday morning before mostly sunny conditions arrive in the afternoon. The forecast high is 80, with a low of 62. Winds should be 10 to 15 mph out of the northeast.
