RAGBRAI EXPO - Where RAGBRAI Begins

In 1999 the first RAGBRAI Expo was held in Rock Rapids, IA as an opportunity for participants to pick-up last minute items from official bicycle shops and vendors. It was simple and served its purpose. Fast forward to 2009 and the RAGBRAI Expo has become its own destination.
Over the past few years, Expo attendance has averaged 20,000 with the number of exhibitors increasing yearly. The RAGBRAI Expo has evolved into the largest bicycle expo in the Midwest and one of the largest bicycle expos in the country.
As we approach our 11th annual expo, which will be hosted by the City of Council Bluffs on July 18th, attendance estimates have reached as high as 35,000. The 2009 Expo has attracted regional, national and international vendors. Demo crews from Cannondale, Giant, Shimano, Specialized and Trek will exhibit product lines that can be ridden by participants throughout the week, while top apparel vendors from across the country promote their retail and custom lines. Over sixty exhibitors will be on display, showcasing the latest in cycling gear and apparel, health and nutritional information and much more!
RAGBRAI is one of the top bicycling events in the world, and it begins with the RAGBRAI Expo.
