RAGBRAI Participant Packet Shipping

RAGBRAI began shipping Participant Packets on Tuesday, June 7.   All Participant Packets are shipped via UPS to the shipping address listed on your RAGBRAI profile if you registered as an individual, or to the shipping address of the group contact if you registered as a member of a group. (Please note all international participant packets will be held for pick-up at the RAGBRAI Expo in Glenwood on July 23.)

If you registered online by April 1 and provided a valid email address, individuals and group contacts will receive an email notification and a UPS tracking number once your packet is in route.

Each individual participant and/or group contact is/are responsible for the receipt of the participant packet. If your packet has not been received and it has been determined that the packet was lost in transit, you will have until July 1 to notify the RAGBRAI office and to apply for a replacement packet that will be made available for pick-up at the RAGBRAI Expo. If your wristbands were damaged during the shipping process, please bring the damaged wristbands to the RAGBRAI Expo to request replacement wristbands.

Thank you for your patience during this process. Our staff has been hard at work packaging and labeling nearly 5,000 packages for this year’s sold out event.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to respond to any inquires after we return from the RAGBRAI XXXIX Route Inspection.

What should I do if I received only the participant guide in my envelope and NOT wrist bands, bike bands etc? (The envelope was obviously opened and repacked before it arrived today.)
