Need to return or exchange your RAGBRAI merchandise? Here’s how to go about it.
Purchases Made Online or During Registration
We will process RAGBRAI returns or exchanges received at RAGBRAI HQ on or before July 5, 2026. After that date, we will process all returns and exchanges upon return from the ride.

Purchases Made On RAGBRAI
For merchandise purchased on RAGBRAI, exchanges will be accepted for like items only. Returns will not be accepted on this years ride. Returns can be processed after the ride by emailing us at [email protected].
An example of a like item would be exchanging a Men’s 2026 Sleeve Jersey in XL for a Men’s 2026 Sleeve Jersey in Large. You could not exchange a Men’s 2026 Sleeve Jersey in XL for a RAGBRAI t-shirt in XL.
Find us on RAGBRAI: During RAGBRAI, you can find our merchandise in the big blue merchandise trailers at the Day 0 Expo in Onawa, and downtown in every overnight town.
After the Ride
All purchases made on RAGBRAI will have a 45 day window for returns/exchanges. All items must follow our policy HERE ( https://shop.ragbrai.com/pages/return-policy) and be unworn and unused. We will process your return within 1 to 3 weeks after receipt.
