RAGBRAI Route Inspection Pre-Ride Day 6 – Sigourney to Iowa City
Well we'll be back in Sigourney when pigs fly... no seriously we will be back in about a month for the Big Ride and we can't wait!! Even though Sigourney was hog heaven we had to roll out this morning, passing through Harper, Keota, Wellman, Kalona (Meeting Town), Riverside, and Hills, on our way to Iowa City. Click to read more!

RAGBRAI Training: The 4 H’s of RAGBRAI – Hills
Here is the next installment of Coach David Ertl's series on the 4 H’s of RAGBRAI: Headwinds, Hills, Heat and Humidity. This week he focuses on Hills and how you can deal with them. Even though everyone who doesn’t live in Iowa assumes it is flat, once you ride here you will realize that is not the case. This year’s route has a total of 15,500 feet of climbing. To put that in perspective, that is more than half way up Mt Everest!
